For example, I studied Spanish massage in Ukraine and it was, perhaps, one of the most pleasant and relaxing techniques on planet Earth. But the interesting thing was that when I got to Spain and started discussing the topic of “Spanish massage” with people, they had never even heard of such a technique. When I was in Amsterdam, I first met a person who heals the integrity of the body through energy impact. Energy healing is suitable for those who are interested in a deeper solution to the request forever or for a longer period of time. Why do I say this? Because it is extremely difficult to solve some problem in the body or pain solely by mechanical impacts. Behind any pain, tension, spasm there is always some kind of energy or emotional distortion, stagnation in the flow of energy in the body. And by passing the flow of energy through the hands of the healer, this problem can be solved for a longer period or even forever.
There are simpler techniques of energy healing - when a person simply transmits energy from some channel, thereby “washing out” blocks from the body of the person receiving the session. Many techniques are based on working with human energy centers - chakras (energy alignment of chakras; harmonization and balancing of chakras; healing of individual chakras - for example, specialists in the field of kundalini healing specialize in optimizing the work of the muladhara chakra and then, healing the blocks along the spinal column, body and internal organs, chest, neck and head, "raise" this kundalini energy higher. At the same time, depending on the specifics of the work of a particular healer, the svadhisthana, manipura, anahata, vishuddha, ajna, sahasrara chakras are often also healed.
What differentiates deeper levels of energy healing from simple energy conduction is that the healer learns to see / feel energies, to work more deeply and professionally with human thoughts / feelings / emotions / energy, finding the ROOT CAUSES of certain pains and negative states and influencing them, healing the cause. As a result, the problem goes away forever. An interesting fact is that it is often difficult for such healers to engage in self-healing, since it is quite difficult to view their own energy.
For example, herbal medicine, aromatherapy, acupuncture, hijama, lithotherapy, osteopathy, chiropractic, therapy with Tibetan singing bowls, vibration healing using bioresonance therapy devices and other approaches. During my life, I have visited more than 45 countries and received a huge number of sessions from different specialists.
