How to be more confident? And how much do I value myself? “I’ll say right away that I’m not a professional or an expert in the field of self-worth. So filter” - I wrote this text first, and then I felt it myself in the flow… Seriously? I have the ability to channel information from the Primary Source, so to speak – access to the fundamental basis of fundamentals. There are answers to all questions. This is not reading psychological literature or retelling concepts from some “teacher” or “mentor”… This is direct access, so to speak, to the libraries of the Creator. Ask a question, relax and transmit pure information.

So who is the expert then, if not me? And this is primarily about TRUSTING yourself. Trusting yourself. Trusting yourself, it turns out, is the first, necessary and basic step to a high level of self-worth and self-confidence.

And then I remember a woman who contacted me two weeks ago and, by and large, my task was to help her. The case was complicated, there was a topic of mental illness in a child. But practice for many years shows that the Universe sends me exactly these - the most complicated cases and often those that have already "sprouted" into the physical plane in the form of diseases. And yes, I see months later how people's illnesses go away and there are even several cases when girls could not get pregnant.

We did sessions and now I see photos of them with children on Instagram. I will note right away - this does not mean that I can help EVERYONE. This means that a specific person with a specific illness can receive help from the Universe specifically through me. Because "from above" they decided so. And this is my task - to help. For this, accordingly, to receive gratitude directly from the person or indirectly from other sources - God knows best.

But how did I distort the situation with my own mistrust in myself? Instead of making every effort and "taking on" that woman's case, I started whining "oh, I haven't had such cases yet, but I'll try to help... I can't give any guarantees and blah blah blah"... And now, having relaxed and looked at it all from the outside... So who would go to such a person? You can be a professional endlessly... But if you don't believe in yourself, you don't respect yourself and most importantly - you don't trust yourself... So who will trust you then?

Do you understand? This is a very subtle point... You don't believe in yourself, you just reek of this state of "I'm not worthy", "I'm small". "I'm not a professional enough and I don't know if I can do it"... This is all somehow unhealthy... All these programs are being erased in my and (if it is important and necessary for you) your bioenergy structure right now! But what will replace them? Another different program taken from the outside? From a psychologist, a coach or from Alex's book? Doesn't it seem to you that all this smells of some kind of implants? Where is the truth then? Where are the answers then and where is the REAL?

We are now living in the era of the discovery of the TRUTH. The real. Totally real and from the heart. People have not yet understood how serious everything is. Now the world will be divided into two clans. One clan is people who have opened their hearts. People who choose Life, Truth, clean water and food, refusal of junk food and sugary drinks that are advertised at every step, choice of places of nature and Life, refusal to watch movies, clips and music that contribute to degradation and much more... Choice of life, true and real. But there will also be a second clan - robots, who, most likely, will be finally swallowed up by the world of computer games, comics, movies and music that contribute to degradation, plastic food that completely reduces the feeling of your body, endless scrolling of the social network feed and other forms of degradation. And what do you choose?

So what is it? Is it self-trust? According to my feelings, adequate self-esteem is built on self-trust, as was indicated above, but at the basis of trust, even deeper, even closer to the core, there is something... Do you feel? You are the Soul, you feel, I know... Let's go deeper, let's see... And what is there? And everything inside is so touching, everything is so sincere and real... The heart beats there. There is a deep truth...

Do you feel it? And immediately the answers come why there is so much plastic in the modern world, because, on the one hand, mass stupefying propaganda contributes to this in every possible way - through the suggestion that luxury brands will make you prestigious OR when you drink or eat something advertised on TV, it seems to make you involved in that beautiful story that was shown on TV (and it doesn't matter whether these are plastic chips that kill you or a black sugar drink that for some reason is so actively associated with the false comfort of home and the atmosphere of the New Year in colorful red advertising).

It's easier that way. It's easier to turn off your brain, not to think, not to turn on and just like a log floats down the river, float through life like this log. Instead of finding your roots, finding your motivation and desire to live and the answer to the question "why do I want to be a tree, choose myself and despite the plastic and information garbage that surrounds me, choose Life"...

It's just interesting that a log floating down the river does not know where the current will eventually take it, and most likely it has already begun to rot and turn into dust from the water. But the tree lives. Although sometimes the wind tries to blow it away, and harmful birds can peck at its leaves and fruits. But it knows who it is, what it is for and why it lives this life.

A tree with roots firmly in the ground has a river flowing nearby, feeding it with water if necessary, but not tearing the tree down (here I would like to draw an analogy with the modern world of plastic that is devouring people – yes, sometimes we also touch on this – for example, we can go out in the evening with friends to have dinner… but, for example, if they drink alcohol, this does not mean that we should drink it in company (because the tree knows what is its and what is not its and it will not follow the lead of the masses – a cut log follows the lead of the masses).

Or, for example, the world of social networks... A huge part of people are mired in this like zombies - a log... But how many people have hired a team of professionals through whom they do online business, and they themselves may not even go to these social networks. Why? BECAUSE THEY ARE TREES! Because they know who they are, why and for what reason. THEY HAVE NO DOUBTS IN THEMSELVES AND THEY TRUST THEMSELVES, because they know, see and feel the truth in themselves.
And this truth is formed from the heart...

Oh, my dear, my friend, how much you told me about this! I never understood it... One of my teachers, a friend and simply a kindred spirit... She told me a million times that through us there is a descending divine flow through the crown of the head to the feet and into the ground and an ascending one - vice versa... But the flows themselves are good, but! They acquire value when they UNITE IN THE HEART... How clearly and distinctly I feel it now... Here it is, the truth! HERE IT IS! Here it is, TRUSTING YOURSELF!

Why do you react so badly to the Masons? You yourself were there and served. And to the demons? How much and for how long have you been playing with these forces (in parallel incarnations), basking in the rays of false dark glory that they bring you there. You have betrayed yourself for about 2000 lives and the betrayal of your divine DNA has imposed a huge number of seals, stamps and distortions on your whole being... That is why it is so painful and difficult to die after each act of purification and "processing"... Yes, exactly to die... the false parts of you that you have been "building up" and cultivating in yourself for centuries die...
